All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive order confirmation and shipping details once your order has been processed.

Shipping

Shipping typically takes between 7-12 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Order Cancellation

Returns and Refunds

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for a return shipping label at no cost to you.
